Ingredients:

Spinach Leaves

1 ¼ cups of all-purpose flour

½ cup of corn starch

2 tablespoons of chicken powder

½ tablespoon of salt

½ tablespoon of white pepper

½ tablespoon of garlic powder

1 piece of egg

1 ½ cups of water

1 ½ potato starch

Cheese or Barbecue powder

Procedure:

Step 1

Put the all-purpose flour in the bowl and add the corn starch, 1 tablespoon of chicken powder, white pepper, garlic powder, and ½ tablespoon of salt. Mix the ingredients.

Step 2

After mixing the dry ingredients from step 1, add the egg, and while mixing it, slowly pour in the water. Stop mixing it once the mixture is dense enough, then set the mixture aside.

Now it’s time to do the coating for the spinach chips. Put the potato starch in the bowl, add 1 tablespoon of chicken powder, and mix it together.

Wash the spinach and remove the leaf from the stem because we will only use the leaf.

If you don’t like cheese or barbecue flavor, you can just add salt and shake it in the container, and there you go—you have delicious, healthy spinach chips that you can enjoy while watching movies.
